Deed Your Dream (“we,” “us”) sells land we own. This policy explains what information we collect on deedyourdream.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you send us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a message or form, including which property you’re interested in. If you text us, the text messages you send.
- New-land alerts: if you sign up, your email address and any preferences you give us.
- Technical information: our web server records basic information such as your IP address and browser type, which we use to keep the site secure and to block spam.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and send you information you asked for, such as financing terms for a property.
- To arrange the purchase and closing of a property if you decide to buy.
- To email you about new properties, if you joined our new-land alerts. Every alert includes a link to unsubscribe.
- To send you text messages you have agreed to receive (see “Text messaging” below).
- To protect our site from spam and abuse, and to comply with the law.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, by checking the optional box on our website, we use your mobile number only to send you messages about the inquiry you started: the details you asked for, answers to your questions and the next steps if you decide to buy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. The sharing described below excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site (such as web hosting and email delivery), with the title company and other parties needed to close a purchase you’ve agreed to, and when required by law.

Our pages use fonts from Google Fonts, maps from OpenStreetMap, and videos from YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode). These services may receive your IP address when they load. Their own privacy policies apply. We don’t use advertising cookies.
