These SMS Terms describe the text messaging program operated by Deed Your Dream, which sells vacant land it owns.
Program description
Deed Your Dream sends text messages only to people who have asked about a property and agreed to receive texts. Messages are one-to-one follow-ups to the inquiry you started: confirming we received your question, sending the details you asked for about a listing, answering questions about a property or owner financing, and arranging a purchase you are discussing with us. We do not send texts to people who have not opted in.
How you opt in
You opt in on our website, by checking the optional text-message box on our text message sign-up page or on our contact form. The box is never checked in advance. Consent is optional: you can ask about any property, and buy any property, without agreeing to texts.

Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also ask us to stop by calling (279) 300-1400.
